Chartered Accountants is committed to protecting privacy of personal as well as corporate information collected from clients as well as employees and using such information only for its appropriate purposes. Personal information does not include the individual’s name, title and business telephone number.

Information is only used to prepare and file government information forms such as tax returns or as authorized and directed by the authorized individual.

Tavana & Co. has undertaken a comprehensive review of practices to ensure proper safeguards for personal information in its custody and control and has implemented physical, organizational, contractual, and technological security measures to protect such information from loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. Our staff or contracted individuals whose duties require access to personal information are granted such access, and only to the extent necessary.

Privacy policies are reviewed from time to time and updated when necessary.
